4 tablespoons butter
½ cup onion, minced
½ cup celery, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1½ cups chicken broth
12-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® cubed herb-seasoned stuffing
¼–¾ cup whole cranberries

1. Place your pressure cooker on a level surface, insert the pressure pot, and plug the unit in. Select the
Brown or Sauté setting, or set the Cook Time to 5 minutes.
2. Add the butter, onion, celery, parsley, and chicken broth.
3. When the liquid begins to boil, add the stuffing cubes and cranberries. Quickly toss to moisten.
4. Immediately attach and lock the lid of your pressure cooker; set the pressure control to Air Tight
(closed). Press Cancel to stop the browning function.
5. Press the preprogrammed Seafood button, or set cook time to 3 minutes; press Start.
6. When cooking time has elapsed, immediately release the pressure. Open the lid carefully.
7. Use as stuffing for a turkey or chicken, serve immediately as is, or spoon into a baking dish and brown
in the oven.
