CARROT AND POTATOES STEW IN INSTANT POT


INGREDIENTS
  • 1kg of potatoes
  • 4-5 carrots
  • vegetable stock
  • 50g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bay leaves, allspice grains, juniper berries, peppercorns, cloves
  • 1 tsp caraway
DIRECTIONS
  • STEP 1Peel and wash potatoes and carrots
  • STEP 2Peel onion and cut cubes
  • STEP 3Melt the butter on the sauté in the instant pot and sauté the onions
  • STEP 4Fry some of the potatoes and carrots as well
  • Delete STEP 5with water / broth and add remaining vegetables to the Instant Pot
  • STEP 6Add spices to the tea bag and fill with 1 liter of water
  • STEP 7In Instant Pot: 10min on Soup
  • STEP 8Evaporate quickly and taste
