• 500g chicken breast
  • 200lm coconut milk
  • 1EL oil
  • 1TL coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Indian or Chinese spices after Brigitte Wahl
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1EL soy sauce
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • about 100ml of water / broth
  • STEP 1Cut the spring onion and garlic into small pieces
  • STEP 2Mix coconut milk and spices
  • STEP 3Wash meat and cook in broth in instant pot for 20min on manual high pressure
  • STEP 4Evaporate quickly
  • STEP 5Remove meat and pluck with two forks, broth is no longer needed
  • STEP 6In a little oil, fry spring onions and garlic with Saute, add meat after 2 - 3min
  • STEP 7Tilt the coconut spice marinade into the pot and distribute it so that the meat is well covered
  • STEP 8Cook on Manual - High Pressure for 5min
