CARROT AND POTATOES STEW IN INSTANT POT
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg of potatoes
- 4-5 carrots
- vegetable stock
- 50g butter
- 1 onion
- 2 bay leaves, allspice grains, juniper berries, peppercorns, cloves
- 1 tsp caraway
DIRECTIONS
- STEP 1Peel and wash potatoes and carrots
- STEP 2Peel onion and cut cubes
- STEP 3Melt the butter on the sauté in the instant pot and sauté the onions
- STEP 4Fry some of the potatoes and carrots as well
- Delete STEP 5with water / broth and add remaining vegetables to the Instant Pot
- STEP 6Add spices to the tea bag and fill with 1 liter of water
- STEP 7In Instant Pot: 10min on Soup
- STEP 8Evaporate quickly and taste
