ONEPOT RECIPE: GOULASH WITH BEEF AND PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- 800g beef goulash
- oil
- 300ml red wine
- 3 juniper berries
- 3 pimento grains
- 3 cloves
- 1 tbsp hot mustard
- 3 onions
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- marjoram
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 300g pasta
- 300g mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
- STEP 1Wash and dry meat
- Set STEP 2Onepot to "Roast", adjust the temperature to 180 ° C and then press "Start".
- STEP 3Add oil to the pot and if hot, sauté the meat until it gets color.
- STEP 4After 5min, toss the onions
- STEP 5Delete with the red wine and boil briefly.
