TANDOORI PULLED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken breast
- 200lm coconut milk
- 1EL oil
- 1TL coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Indian or Chinese spices after Brigitte Wahl
- 1 tsp salt
- 1EL soy sauce
- 2 spring onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- about 100ml of water / broth
DIRECTIONS
- STEP 1Cut the spring onion and garlic into small pieces
- STEP 2Mix coconut milk and spices
- STEP 3Wash meat and cook in broth in instant pot for 20min on manual high pressure
- STEP 4Evaporate quickly
- STEP 5Remove meat and pluck with two forks, broth is no longer needed
- STEP 6In a little oil, fry spring onions and garlic with Saute, add meat after 2 - 3min
- STEP 7Tilt the coconut spice marinade into the pot and distribute it so that the meat is well covered
- STEP 8Cook on Manual - High Pressure for 5min
