Print All-Purpose Slow Cooker Pulled Pork: Paleo and Whole30
Ingredients
- 3-4 pound pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Instructions
- Rub the pork shoulder with the salt and pepper
- Place in slow cooker
- Add the garlic and balsamic vinegar
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8
- Meat is done when it easily pulls apart with a fork
